Step 1. All eighteen cards chosen so far are reshuffled.

Step 2. These eighteen cards are then dealt into three piles of six cards each.
Step 3. Any one of the three packs is then taken by the ‘Enquirer’ and the meanings of the cards contained in it are read.

Step 4. These cards represent the ‘Thoughts and Desires of the Enquirer’. Similarly, the cards of the other two packs are read. They represent, ‘The Household’ and ‘The Fate in General’ of the Enquirer.
