Refund Guarantee

If you receive a purchased item with any form of manufacturing defect, you will be entitled to a refund. To avail such a refund:

  1. Send us an e-mail with photographic proof, in which the manufacturing defect can be seen. This is be sent to us within 7 days of the receipt of the defective goods.
  2. An assessment of the validity of your claim will be made within two business days of the receipt of your claim and we will convey our decision to you by e-mail, during this period.
  3. A refund for the full value of the defective item will be made to you within one business day of our confirmation of the vaildity of your claim.
  4. This refund will be issued to you by PayPal. Presently, this is the only means available for issuing refunds to international customers.
  5. For customers located in India, the refund will be issued either by an online bank transfer or cheque.
  6. Shipping charges are not refundable, therefore the shipping charges incurred on your order, will be deducted from the refunded amount. This shipping amount will be confirmed to you before the refund is issued.
  7. This refund policy only extends to purchased goods and not to purchased services, such as tarot readings, astrological readings and reports or any of our paid online services.

Exchange Guarantee

If your order sustains any damage during transportation, you may exchange the damaged item for a new one, within 15 days of the receipt of your order. To exchange your order:

  1. Send us an e-mail with photographic proof, in which the damage sustained to the item during transportation, can be seen. Please also include photographic proof of damage to parcel packaging.
  2. An assessment of the validity of your claim will be made within two business days of the receipt of your claim and we will convey our decision to you by e-mail, during this period.
  3. Once we confirm that an exchange is warranted on your ordered item, you may be required to return the damaged item to us.
  4. Customers will be required to bear one - way return Postage and Packing charges, from their end to ours. You can find our returns address on our Contact Us page.
  5. The returned goods may then be exchanged for items of equal cost, at no extra charge, or items of greater cost, by paying for the difference in price.
  6. You may be required to send us Postage and Packing charges for shipping the new item to you, depending on the value of the item being exchanged.
  7. This exchange policy only extends to purchased goods and not to purchased services, such as tarot readings, astrological readings and reports or any of our paid online services.
